Respite

Imagine parents who have not left their house together for decades, ever since their child was born with a disAbility or a disease. Some families cope with the challenges of an adult with special needs and have also found relief through our program.  Our respite program began offering four to eight-hour care breaks to families in 1995.  More than 1355 care hours were provided in 2011.   We would be happy to discuss our respite program for your family.

Respite is...

  • A support service for families

  • In-home based care for a child or adult with a disability

  • Provided by Trained Nurse Aids contracted through Allegiance Health

  • For Jackson County Residents

  • Hours of service; 7 days a week between 7 a.m. and 12 mn.
