  • disAbiliy Connections will have sustainable funding to meet ongoing needs in Jackson, Lenawee and Hillsdale Counties.

  • Identify and provide quality, effective services and supports to children, families and adults with disAbilities.

  • Educate and involve Jackson, Lenawee and Hillsdale (residents, businesses, and other organizations) on the systems/issues which stand in the way of full inclusion and participation.

  • Strengthen disAbility Connections 'Foundation' to sustain and increase its ability to respond to changes in local, state and federal environments.
