Imagine parents who have not left their house together for decades, ever since their child was born with a disAbility or disease.  Our respite program began offering eight-hour care breaks to families in 1995.  More than 3,500 care hours were provided in 1999.

Respite is...

  • Home based care for a child or adult with a disability

  • Provided by Trained Nurse Aids

  • For Jackson County Residents

  • Providing Short Term Care

  • At a reasonable minimum cost of $4.00 per hour (attempts will be made to accommodate financial hardships)
