Ramps

disAbility Connections currently works in collaboration with the Jackson Rotary Clubs to build residential ramps for children and adults with disabilities living in Jackson County.  We begin receiving applications for ramps in January each year and build approximately 6 to 8 ramps from May through October.  disAbility Connections, Inc. secures the funding for materials and the Rotary clubs along with assisting with funding, provide volunteers to design and then build the ramp at the individual's residence.  All ramps are built to ADA specifications.  Approved applicants will be required to pay a 25% co-pay on ramp materials upon completion of their ramp.
