Our Information and Referral  (I&R) specialists provide disability and community related information to all individuals with disabilities, family members, service providers, and community members who request it.

They are often a consumer’s first point of contact with disAbility Connections, providing information on disability issues and referring consumers to the appropriate staff members and/or other agencies, for assistance with the concerns they may have.
