We do not collect or store payment card information. Donations are processed securely by our third-party donation processor, Bloomerang, on its own platform. We may receive limited donor information from Bloomerang (such as your name, email, mailing address, and donation amount), but never your full card number.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type and version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including the type of device, its unique ID and IP address, Your mobile operating system, and the type of mobile browser You use.

The business listings shown in the Access For All database are maintained through Monday.com and Make.com, which process the listing data (not visitor personal information).

Because our Service focuses on accessibility and disability services, some choices you make (for example, accessibility preferences selected in our on-site accessibility tool) may relate to disability or health, which can be considered sensitive personal information. We use this information only to provide and improve the Service, and we do not sell it.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
